The RULES:

2.  All entries must submitted by 11:59pm, January 31, 2012.

3.  The winner's name will be drawn on February 1, 2012.

4.  The prizes will be shipped on or about February 15, 2012.

5.  Only parishes in the USA are eligible to win this drawing. (Sorry! New Zealand is just too far away to ship a big bunch of banners!)
